Returns & Refunds Policy
At AD Electronic Solutions (ADELSO), we aim to supply products that meet the specifications stated on our website. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us so we can assist you.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, or an item is missing from your order, please notify us promptly, preferably within 1-5 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue and relevant photographs where available. This reporting period does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
Following review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution.
How to Request a Return
Contact us before sending a product back. Our team will provide return instructions and confirm the correct return address.
Please include the order details and return any supplied accessories. Retain the original packaging where possible to help protect the product during transit.
Product Condition
For returns unrelated to a product defect or an error in fulfilment, products must be unused, unmodified and complete with their supplied accessories.
Damage caused by incorrect wiring, excessive voltage, improper installation, soldering, modification or misuse is generally not covered. These conditions do not exclude claims relating to an existing defect or a product that differs from its description.
Change-of-Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind return requests within 3 calendar days of delivery. Products must be unused, unsoldered, unmodified and returned in their original packaging with all supplied accessories. Custom-made PCB orders are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
Return Shipping Charges
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The original delivery charge is non-refundable.
For confirmed defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products, ADELSO will cover reasonable return shipping costs and refund the applicable original delivery charge where the order is returned for a refund.
These conditions do not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, we will initiate it within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
We will inform you when the refund has been initiated.
Custom PCB Orders
Cancellation and change-of-mind return conditions for custom PCB orders will be stated in the quotation before payment. Once production begins, cancellation may be restricted because the boards are manufactured to your specifications.
This does not affect remedies for manufacturing defects or boards that do not meet the agreed specifications.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights or remedies under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
