AD Electronic Solutions (ADELSO) offers shipping across India, subject to courier service availability at the delivery location.

Order Processing

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, subject to product availability. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

PCB manufacturing orders have separate production and dispatch timelines, confirmed in the quotation.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Charges may vary according to the delivery location and parcel weight.

Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location. Remote areas, courier delays, holidays or adverse weather may extend this timeframe.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared through adelectronisolutions@adelso.in after dispatch, where tracking is available.

Delivery Address

Please provide a complete address, PIN code and working phone number. Contact us promptly if you need to correct your address. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photographs. We will review the issue and explain the next steps under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
