These Terms & Conditions govern purchases and use of adelso.in, operated by AD Electronic Solutions (ADELSO). Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.
Products and Specifications
We supply electronic components, development boards, sensors, modules, accessories and PCB manufacturing services.
Please review the product description, specifications and compatibility before ordering. Product images are illustrative; any material differences affecting functionality or specifications will be disclosed.
Contact us before purchase if you need clarification about a product.
Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, delivery charges and the total payable amount will be shown before you confirm your order.
Payment must be completed using an available checkout method. Do not share passwords, PINs or one-time passwords with anyone claiming to represent ADELSO.
Orders and Availability
Orders are subject to payment confirmation and product availability.
If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange a refund for the unavailable items. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
If a pricing or product-information error affects your order, we will explain the correction and allow you to accept the revised details or cancel the affected items for a refund.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship across India, subject to courier service availability at the delivery location.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, subject to availability. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the location.
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery estimates may be affected by courier disruptions, weather or service limitations. Custom PCB timelines will be confirmed separately.

Order Cancellation
Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellation may be possible before dispatch.
After dispatch, requests will be handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Cancellation conditions for custom PCB orders will be provided before you approve the quotation.
If ADELSO cancels an order that cannot be fulfilled, the amount paid for that order will be refunded.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.
Change-of-mind return requests are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions in that policy. Custom-made PCB orders are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
For approved refunds, we initiate payment within 5–7 business days. The time taken for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
These conditions do not limit remedies for defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed products.
Product Use and Warranty
Use products within their stated electrical ratings and follow appropriate installation and handling instructions.
Damage caused by incorrect wiring, excessive voltage, modification or misuse may not be covered by warranty. This does not exclude claims relating to an existing product defect.
Any product-specific warranty, including its duration and conditions, will be stated on the product page or provided before purchase.
Custom PCB Manufacturing
Custom PCB orders are produced according to the specifications agreed in the quotation.
Please check design files, dimensions, quantities and other requirements before approving production. Production timelines, payment terms and cancellation conditions will be confirmed before payment.
Changes requested after production begins may require additional costs or time, which will be communicated for your approval.
Manufacturing defects or departures from agreed specifications will be reviewed for an appropriate remedy.
Customer Accounts
Provide accurate account and delivery information and keep your login credentials secure. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account access.
Customer accounts must not be used for fraudulent activity or to interfere with the website’s operation.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information when processing orders, managing accounts and responding to enquiries.
Website Content
Website text, branding and other content owned by ADELSO may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
These terms are governed by applicable Indian law.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies available under consumer protection laws or restricts access to competent consumer commissions and other lawful complaint mechanisms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version presented when you place an order will apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
